Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant - Bury

£30,000 to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

Are you a 360 Recruitment Consultant ready to build a desk on your own terms?

We're a small, close knit recruitment business in Bury and we're looking for an experienced consultant to join our team, taking full ownership of the recruitment cycle from winning new clients through to sourcing, interviewing and delivering placements.

This is a hands on role for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to be rewarded for the results they bring in. Because we're a small team you won't be just a number, you'll have real visibility and the chance to help shape the business as it grows.

What you'll be doing

  * Developing new business and growing client relationships

  * Sourcing and headhunting top candidates across your sector

  * Managing the full 360 recruitment process from brief to placement

  * Building and running your own desk with real autonomy

What we're looking for

  * Proven 360 recruitment experience, any sector considered

  * A strong work ethic and commercial mindset

  * Someone motivated by ownership and results, not just process

  * Confidence to build long term client relationships and win repeat business
