About the role

We're looking for a 360 Consultant to join a team of three in Crossgates, Leeds. This is a genuinely team-oriented role: you'll work new business and candidate sourcing side by side with your teammates to build out the desk together, and you'll be rewarded for it through a team bonus scheme that pays out more than an individual scheme would on its own.

You'll need to be equally comfortable winning new clients and finding great decorators to fill their bookings. This isn't a role for someone who wants to work in a silo. It's for someone who wants to build something with a team and share in what that team achieves together.

What you'll be doing

  * Business development: winning new clients and growing existing accounts

  * Candidate side: sourcing, screening, and placing decorators nationwide

  * Working collaboratively with your team of three to build out the division together

  * Managing bookings and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

  * Contributing to a shared team target, not just an individual one

What we're looking for

  * Experience in a 360 recruitment role, covering both sales and candidate delivery

  * Genuinely team-orientated — happy to share the workload and the reward

  * Hungry to build a desk and grow with the team around you

  * Strong communicator, confident on both the client and candidate side
