Key Responsibilities – Business Development Manager

Generate new business opportunities across Fire & Security solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial clients
Attend client meetings and site surveys to understand customer requirements
Produce quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract award
Work closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth project handover
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately update CRM records
Skills and experience – Business Development Manager:

Previous Business Development or Sales experience within the Fire & Security industry
Strong knowledge of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
Proven track record of winning new business and managing client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Full UK Driving Licence
