Industrial Cleaners / Maintenance Operatives – Immediate Start – £12.71 per hour

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established client based in Dronfield. Due to increased demand, we are looking for multiple Industrial Cleaners / Maintenance Operatives to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and staying active throughout your shift – this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role

This is a varied and physically active position, including:

Mainly cleaning and re-painting portacabins
Maintaining site grounds and surrounding areas
Removing old furniture and unwanted items
Carrying out basic building maintenance
Clearing and disposing of site waste

What We’re Looking For

Available for an immediate start
Positive, reliable, and a strong team player
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Previous cleaning, caretaking, or maintenance experience is beneficial (but not essential)

Hours & Pay

£12.71 per hour
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Ongoing, consistent work
