Job Description
We are seeking a Senior People and Culture professional, on a 6-9 month FTC, to join this Human Resources department This fixed-term contract role is based just outside Derby and focuses on delivering effective people and culture strategies. Experience in a multi-site location is key.

Description
Develop and implement people and culture strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Lead on employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Support workforce planning and talent management processes.
Oversee performance management and organisational development programmes.
Collaborate with senior leadership to address HR-related challenges effectively.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in HR management.Profile
A successful Senior P&C professional should have:
Proven expertise within the Human Resources sector, particularly in the Retail industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience in implementing people and culture strategies effectively.
Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders with confidence.
Proficiency in analysing HR data and presenting actionable insights.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Capability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
