Maintaining regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement.

About You
You are a compassionate, resilient leader with experience in social care management, ideally with Care Inspectorate registration/eligibility. You are a Home Manager that can inspire trust, demonstrate clinical and operational insight, and are confident in driving quality improvement while supporting teams through change.
