Registered Fostering Manager 

Location: South West England

salary up to £55,000 per annum + company car after probation

NonStop Consulting is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the South West of England area in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis. 

They have a Good Ofsted rating, so you will be joining a very nice and stable service.

Responsibilities of the Registered Fostering Manager:

The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a service of 16 households so it is small service. The team is very stable also and it includes 3 Social Workers and a few admin support staff.

They are a therapeutic fostering agency and they maintain low caseloads for the Social Workers. So you will be managing a team that is focused on the quality of the service delivered.

Requirements:
