Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £££ Negotiable (Depending on experience) + Quarterly Bonuses!
Hours: Full time
Rizq Recruit is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to join a well-established and welcoming nursing home located in the heart of Mansfield. The home provides high-quality care for residents with nursing, dementia, and residential needs and proudly holds a GOOD CQC rating. As the Home Manager, you will lead and support a dedicated, stable care team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to all residents.

Responsibilities as a Registered Home Manager:
  * Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality, person-centred care and CQC compliance.
  * Lead, support, and develop staff to maintain a positive, effective care culture
  * Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Requirements as a Registered Home Manager:
  * Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within a residential or nursing care setting.
  * Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) or committed to working towards Level 5/7 in Health and Social Care Management
