Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to oversee our mental health facility close to Croydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals to achieve service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Registered Manager.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
- Experience in the mental health sector is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
