Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s care service, ensuring a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for both our client’s residents and staff. About the role As a Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the service, ensuring excellent standards of care, compliance with regulations, and the effective management of staff and resources. You’ll lead by example, support senior team members, and work closely with external professionals to deliver person-centered outcomes.
