Job Description

Care Home Manager
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Home Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to person-centred care.

Key Requirements:

    Proven management experience in a residential or nursing care setting

  * 

    In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards

  * 

    Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)

  * 

    Strong organisational and people management skills

Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
