Reporting Professional - 12 month contract - Preston, Lancashire - £20.06 ph UMB or £15.07 ph PAYE (Inside IR35)
The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). The Role
As the Reporting Professional you will be responsible for coordinating the reporting functionality across the contingent recruitment team. You will be required to produce, maintain and enhance reports based on end-user requirements to provide key recruitment insight and enable the team to manage internal and external performance.
Reporting to the Contingent Recruitment Team Manager, the role will work collaboratively with functional and operational teams across BAE Systems to support the end-to-end recruitment activity in a fast paced, complex environment. You will gain an understanding of the different business areas and their requirements.
The Reporting Professional will engage colleagues, hiring managers and suppliers in a consultative capacity to ensure that they have the right information at the right time. The role holder will take ownership and accountability to ensure the team delivers efficient and effective reporting capability.
The role will include support with continuous improvement initiatives to improve the core reporting functionality.
Role Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the candidate tracking system and any associated data/reporting.
The individual will support the delivery of the service by ensuring that the system generated reporting in place is efficient and effective.
Control the schedule and distribution of the relevant reports to the service delivery team as required.
Support the regular production of any MI reporting.
Provide support and share best practice regarding system data with peers in the service delivery team.
Feed data into wider shared dashboards
Support the team in creating and generating new reporting to expand the teams data set
Responsible for the development and reporting of monthly performance metrics for both internal performance and external supplier performance
Manage the teams SharePoint site, acting as an SME.

Excellent IT skills, in particular Intermediate/Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. [E]
Ability to understand and champion the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and uses this information to run efficient processes. [E]
Ability to challenge and influence at all levels internally and externally. [E]
Proven ability of challenging and improving customer perception through delivery of excellent service. [E]
Experience using case/product tracking toolset or software, and associated reporting. [D]
