About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead the front-of-house operations in a prestigious 4-star hotel with an outstanding restaurant and bar. You will be responsible for driving service excellence, managing the team, and taking full control of rotas and P&L, ensuring the operation runs efficiently while exceeding guest expectations.
What You’ll Do:

Lead, inspire, and motivate a busy front-of-house team to deliver service at the highest standard.

Ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience from arrival to departure.
*
Take full control of the staff rota, ensuring effective coverage for all shifts and events.
*
Manage P&L, including budgets, cost control, and maximising revenue opportunities.
*
Oversee reservations, events, and day-to-day operations efficiently.
*
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.
*
Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a professional, motivated, and high-performing team.
*
Resolve guest issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring positive outcomes.
*
Collaborate closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless service and exceptional dining experiences.
*
Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Who We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant and bar, including rota and P&L responsibility.
*
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
*
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
*
Commercially aware with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and maximising profitability.

Able to maintain high standards and lead by example under pressure.
*
Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable, standout guest experiences.
What We Offer:

Competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 per annum.
