Resident Experience Coordinator

Hours: 14 hours per week

The role

We are currently looking to recruit an Resident Experience Coordinator.

Within the role the successful candidate will provide and co-ordinate activities of a social and enabling nature for residents living in our Extra Care Courts.

You will provide assistance, support and encouragement to residents living at the Court, through the provision of a varied programme of activities, while you also review and monitor the service, encouraging user participation and feedback.

What we’re looking for

The essential requirements for the role include:

  * Experience of working with older people and people with disabilities

  * Awareness of the needs of older people

  * NVQ in health/care (desirable)

  * First aid (desirable)

  * Basic hygiene (desirable)

  * Moving and handling (desirable)

  * Prepared to undertake further training where appropriate
