Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Facade Remediation & Re-Cladding
A well-established façade contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support façade remediation and re-cladding projects across the Plymouth area.
The business operates nationwide with a turnover of circa £30m, working with major housebuilders and developers, and has a strong order book for the next two years.
The Role
Working on occupied residential buildings undergoing major façade remediation, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, the site team and the client.
Responsibilities will include:
* Building strong relationships with residents throughout the works
* Keeping residents informed of upcoming works, access requirements and programme changes
* Managing resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally
* Coordinating access to properties where required
* Issuing resident communications, notices and project updates
* Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
* Attending resident and client meetings
* Maintaining accurate records of all resident communication
* Helping minimise disruption while works are carried out on occupied buildings
The Candidate
Previous experience as an RLO on refurbishment, façade remediation or occupied residential projects is highly desirable.
You will need excellent communication and people skills, be organised and approachable, and be comfortable dealing with residents, clients and site teams in a professional manner.
Package
£220–£250 per day
Initial 12-month contract
