Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor Thame, Oxfordshire | Full-time | Hybrid working available Looking to accelerate your property career with a firm that genuinely invests in your future? We’re seeking a Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor (1–3 years PQE) to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team in Thame. This role offers high-quality work, real responsibility, and a clear path towards Partnership or Director level. The Role You’ll handle a broad mix of residential and commercial property matters, managing transactions from instruction through to completion while building strong client relationships. What You’ll Be Doing Managing residential conveyancing (freehold & leasehold sales and purchases) Handling commercial property matters including leases, licences, and assignments Supporting acquisitions and refinancing transactions Drafting contracts, leases, and key legal documents Preparing reports on title for clients and lenders Delivering excellent client service throughout What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE in property Strong residential conveyancing experience, with some commercial exposure Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied caseload Confident communicator with a client-first approach Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress long-term Why Join?
