Children’s Residential Support Worker
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client providing both children’s supported accommodation services within Bournemouth.
About the Role
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will act as a positive role model and parental figure, supporting young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing and personal development.
You will be working within small, supportive teams to help create a safe, nurturing and structured environment.
Shifts & Hours-
* Long day: 9:00am – 11:00pm + sleep-in
* Morning: 7:00am – 9:30am (next day)
* 3-week rolling rota:
* Week 1: 2 shifts
* Week 2: 2 shifts
* Week 3: 3 shifts
* Total: 115.5 hours every 3 weeks

Requirements-
* Aged 21 or over
* Full manual UK driving licence
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in residential childcare
* Comfortable completing sleep-in shifts
