Vacancy: Resourcer
Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
Pay: £24,500 to £28,500 plus commission
About the Role:
As a Resourcer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our education recruitment consultants by:
Sourcing and screening teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff for schools across the region.
Building strong candidate relationships and maintaining our talent database.
Writing engaging job adverts and managing candidate pipelines.
Assisting consultants with interview coordination and compliance administration.
Liaise with schoolsWhat We Offer:
