Job Title: Resourcing Administrator
Location: Edinburgh (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Resourcing Administrator to join a busy Recruitment team in Edinburgh. This is a fully office-based role, perfect for someone who enjoys supporting recruitment processes and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, managing applications, and scheduling interviews
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in internal systems
Assist with onboarding
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as required
General administrative support to the resourcing team
Liaise professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholdersSkills & Experience:
Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is preferred
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR/recruitment systemsHow to Apply:
