The Role
This is a varied and people-focused role where you’ll support our consultants by identifying talent, engaging with candidates, and contributing to research and business development activity.
Whether you’re experienced in recruitment or bringing transferable skills from another background, this role offers the opportunity to develop in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Engagement
* Source candidates using job boards, databases, and social media
* Speak with applicants to understand their skills, experience, and career goals
* Support candidates through the registration process
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Carry out compliance checks and referencing
* Work closely with consultants to match candidates to opportunities
Administration & Customer Experience
* Provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact for all enquiries
* Manage incoming calls and online chat
* Support job advert creation and social media content
* Assist with the monthly newsletter
* Deliver a high standard of service to all candidates and clients
Research & Business Support
* Conduct market and client research
* Track industry updates and opportunities
* Support sourcing activity and research projects
