Reward Specialist

📍 Bournemouth (Hybrid 2–3 days office, flexibility available)
💰 £35,000 – £40,000
Contract: Permanent

The Role

A data-driven Reward role with exposure to payroll, supporting pay, benefits, and pension processes across the business.

You’ll take ownership of reward analytics and reporting while acting as a key support to payroll, including pension data and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  * Support annual pay reviews, benchmarking, and reward modelling

  * Manage pension reconciliation, submissions, and reporting

  * Maintain benefits data and assess utilisation and ROI

  * Prepare P11D data and support transition to payrolled benefits

  * Produce pay, pension, and reward analytics reports

  * Ensure payroll inputs are accurate and compliant

  * Handle reward and pay-related queries

  * Support audits and ensure compliance with HMRC and legislation

  * Contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes

  * Provide backup support to payroll when required

The Ideal Candidate

  * 2+ years’ experience in Reward (payroll exposure beneficial)

  * Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, formulas)

  * Experience with pensions, benefits, and reward reporting

  * Good understanding of payroll and HMRC compliance

  * Analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights

  * Proactive, ambitious, and keen to develop

  * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
