Job Description

Clarkson Owens recruitment are working with a leading specialist roofing contractor who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee flat-roofing projects across Glasgow and the West.

Duties Include:

  * 

    Manage multiple flat-roofing contracts from pre-start to handover

  * 

    Oversee project planning, site delivery, procurement and subcontractor management

  * 

    Carry out regular site visits, ensuring quality, safety and programme compliance

  * 

    Work closely with commercial and operational teams to control costs and maximise profit

  * 

    Act as main point of contact for clients, attending progress meetings and managing relationships

Requirements:

  * 

    Proven experience in flat roofing or roofing-focused contracts management

  * 

    Strong understanding of flat roofing systems (single-ply, felt, liquid etc.)

  * 

    Solid commercial awareness and contract knowledge

  * 

    Strong communication and organisational skills

  * 

    Full UK driving licence

Package:

    Salary up to £55k (DOE)

  * 

    Company vehicle/car allowance
