Room Leader – London N3 | Up to £31,200 per annum
We’re partnering with a well-established nursery in London N3 to find a dedicated Room Leader ready to inspire and lead a team of early years practitioners. This is your chance to take a leadership role in a supportive, people-focused environment.
Requirements:
Level 3 in Childcare essential
Experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role
Strong communication and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a playroom and mentor your team
Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
Allocate children to keycarers and provide professional feedback to parents
Promote the nursery and build positive relationships with families
