Job Description

Room Leader – Chingford | Up to £15,00 p/hr | Full Time

We’re partnering with a well-established nursery in Chingford to find a motivated Room Leader ready to lead a team of early years practitioners and deliver outstanding care.

Requirements:

Level 3 in Childcare essential
Experience in an early years setting, ideally in a leadership role
Strong communication and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a playroom and mentor your team to maintain high-quality care
Deliver education and activities in line with EYFS
Allocate children to keycarers and provide professional feedback to parents
Promote the nursery and maintain positive relationships with families
Ensure the room operates safely, efficiently, and in line with nursery policies
