The Role

As Room Leader, you will:

Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding early years practice
Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children thrive
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning in line with the EYFS
Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and compliance
Support, mentor, and develop team members

About You

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) - essential
Previous experience as a Room Leader or strong practitioner ready to step up
Passionate about child development and high-quality early years education
Confident leading a team and setting high standards
Warm, professional, and dedicated to making a real difference
