Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year Job Description: Sales Administrator Location: Leeds Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per year Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A leading promotional branding supplier based in Leeds is looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, creative industry supporting a busy sales function and ensuring excellent service for clients. The Role As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and customer coordination. You will help ensure orders run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities * Providing administrative support to the sales team * Processing customer orders and managing order documentation * Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to track orders and timelines * Handling customer enquiries via phone and email * Preparing quotes and assisting with sales proposals * Maintaining accurate records within the CRM and internal systems * Ensuring excellent customer service at all times What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Confident communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) * A proactive and positive attitude What’s on Offer * Salary of £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience * Monday to Friday working hours (8:30am – 5:00pm) * Opportunity to join a well-established and growing business * Supportive team environment If you are highly organised, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a busy sales environment, we would love to hear from you.
