Burgess Hill, West Sussex
£30,000 - £35,000pa
Full-Time - Permanent (Monday to Friday 8 am - 4.30 pm) - Office-Based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a friendly, fast-paced, focused sales support team. This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring customers receive an outstanding service while supporting the wider sales team with enquiries, quotations and account administration.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, coordinating product samples and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy shared inbox. You'll build strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements and provide an efficient, professional service from enquiry through to order.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders
- Manage smaller customer accounts and sales enquiries
- Liaise with customers regarding quotations, revisions and product information
- Coordinate and dispatch product samples
- Liaise with and build relationships with suppliers to secure the best products
- Support the sales team with presentations and administrative tasks
- Manage and prioritise emails within a shared inbox
- Provide holiday cover across the sales team

About You

We're looking for someone who is:
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or similar
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive, positive attitude
- Keen to learn new products and systems (full training provided)
