Job Description
Personnel Solutions are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Designer to join our client in Mansfield, NG18. You will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while contributing to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Hours -
* A mixture of 9am to 5pm and 11am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm with half a day back in the week.
* £25k - £40k-£50k OTE Uncapped commission
All inbound leads — no prospecting, no door-knocking.
Responsibilities
* Convert pre-booked appointments over Zoom (no awkward cold calls).
* Create designs with our CAD system (training provided but you need to keep up!).
* Ask great questions, uncover needs, and match customers with the perfect storage solution.
* Present layouts, interiors, and finishes like the design genius you’ll become.
* Follow our proven sales process to turn “I’ll think about it” into “Where do I sign?”
Skills
* 3+ years in direct sales
* A confident communicator who can inspire trust and action.
* Comfortable with tech — CRM systems, CAD, and general IT wizardry.
* Skilled in handling objections without breaking a sweat.
* Detail-oriented, upbeat, and allergic to missing targets.
