Sales Consultant – Sheffield – High Earnings

£24,000 Basic + Commission | OTE £33,000+ | Monday–Friday

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a market-leading estate agency group to recruit a Sales Consultant / Part Exchange & Group Clients Sales Consultant in Sheffield.

Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will manage relationships with corporate clients, developers, estate agents, and legal teams, handling property sales across the UK via telephone and email.

You will be responsible for progressing property transactions, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Duties

  * Manage client relationships and property transactions

  * Process appraisal requests and marketing instructions

  * Liaise with estate agents, developers, and third parties

  * Maintain accurate CRM records

  * Chase cases to meet deadlines and service levels

  * Identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  * Background in sales, customer service, telesales, retail, or property

  * Strong communication and organisational skills

  * Confident and professional telephone manner

  * Target-driven with a desire for high earnings

Package

  * £24,000 Basic

  * Uncapped Commission

  * £33,000+ OTE

  * Monday to Friday (no weekends)

  * Training & career progression
