Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Source and interview teaching candidates across Sheffield and surrounding areas
Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals
Write CVs and candidate profiles, promoting candidates to schools
Support consultants with school recruitment needs
Achieve recruitment targets and KPIs
Progress to managing your own client desk with uncapped commission potentialWhat We Offer:

£28,000-£30,000 basic, OTE £35,000-£40,000 in year one
