Sales & Account Manager
 Location: Leeds (fully office-based)
 Salary: £30k-£45k + bonus

The Role

A driven Sales & Account Manager is required to take ownership of an existing account portfolio worth c.£600k, alongside a new business target of c.£150k per year. This is a replacement hire for a long-serving, successful salesperson.

The role is predominantly office-based with virtually no face-to-face selling, business is generated through outbound telephone and email. This suits someone who genuinely enjoys office life, being part of a team, and having colleagues around them day to day. Full-time office attendance (5 days a week) is expected; this is not a hybrid or home-working role, and candidates should be comfortable with that from the outset.

An established B2B supplier with a long track record, known for product quality, strong customer content, on-time delivery, and straightforward service. The business operates from a modern site with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Services, Finance and Production.

However, the wider product range is growing steadily, and recent shifts in the operating environment continue to create fresh opportunity. Neither this business nor its competitors have fully exploited "ease of doing business" as a value point beyond the core product offering. Experienced salesperson: a proven track record, viewing the challenge of growing an established business in a mature market (while ramping a newly launched product line) as an opportunity rather than a drawback.Mindset matters more than years of experience.
