💰 Salary: Up to £38,000 Basic + Average OTE £65,000 + Excellent Benefits

Take the lead in developing and managing a high-energy team of Business Sales Consultants! Your team is responsible for securing daily appointments for our field-based representatives.

We are looking for a high-achieving Sales Manager to drive team performance in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. As the first point of contact for our services, your team is the engine of our growth. You will report to the Director of Inside Sales and play a vital role in the department's daily success. 

📋 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

🗓️ Manage productivity: Oversee team diaries, targets, and overall output. 
📈 Performance Reviews: Conduct regular 1-to-1s to ensure peak performance. 
🧠 Coaching: Provide ongoing development and training for all team members. 
📢 Floor Presence: Maintain a strong physical presence through regular floor walking. 
🤝 Collaboration: Work with field sales teams to align business objectives. 
🔥 Motivation: Keep the team driven and hungry to hit sales targets. 
👔 Professionalism: Handle training and any disciplinary issues effectively.

🏆 Experience: At least 3 years of sales management experience in a call centre environment.
