Job Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client, a well-established consultancy based in Milton Keynes, is seeking a Sales Ledger & Credit Control Assistant to join their friendly Finance Department.
You’ll be based at their modern offices in MK, working closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day ledger and credit control activities.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate sales ledger records
Chasing outstanding payments and resolving invoice queries promptly and professionally
Reconciling customer accounts and assisting with month-end procedures
Supporting the Finance Manager with reporting and ad-hoc finance tasks
Building strong working relationships across internal teams and with external clients
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in credit control and/or sales ledger roles
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with a proactive approach to resolving issues
Competent with Excel and accounting software (experience with Xero, Sage, or similar is an advantage)
A team player who enjoys contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment
What’s on offer:
Hybrid working: 3 days in the Milton Keynes office, 2 days from home
Competitive salary: £26,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)
