With over 25 years of market expertise, we’re now looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of revenue growth and accelerate expansion within the core sectors of our Head Office branch in Gateshead.
This is a high-impact role for a sales leader who thrives on winning new business, building long-term partnerships, and leading from the front.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of driving revenue & winning new business. You’ll define and execute a sales strategy that delivers measurable growth while motivating and leading a small but mighty sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role where results matter.

  * Proven success in a senior sales or business development role within recruitment
  * Strong commercial instincts with a track record of closing deals and growing accounts
  * Deep understanding of recruitment and client-led solutions
