Location – Hoddesdon
Salary – £20,000-£25,000 + Commission, OTE £40,000 & Car Allowance

Our client based within Hoddesdon, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team. This well-established and award-winning Estate Agency pride themselves on positive reviews and offering a stress-free client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards.

  * Productive diary & time management

  * Dealing with customer enquiries effectively

  * Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit.

  * Implementing strategies to increase market share.

  * Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.

  * Escalate queries outside of own authority level.

  * Sharing ideas for canvassing and marketing
