Role: Sales Office Manager

 Type: Permanent, Full Time

 Hours: Onsite – 37.5 hours per week

 Salary: Dependent on Experience   

 Location: Bromsgrove    

Owen Daniels are supporting a leading Engineering company, and we are looking for a Sales Office Manager to join on a permanent basis, due to growth in the business. 

Sales Office Manager – Key responsibilities:

Manage customer enquiries and provide technical support by phone and email.
Produce quotations, process sales orders and handle product queries.
Oversee junior team members and assist with the smooth running of the office.
Work closely with sales and engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
Manage priorities in a busy environment while maintaining clear and professional communication. 

 Sales Office Manager - Essential Skills & Experience:

Possesses a high standard of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage workload effectively to changing situations under pressure.
Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to confidently use Microsoft word and excel.
IT literate
