Job Description

Job Description We are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join our clients’ busy and fast paced team where no two days are the same. The Sales Support Administrator role is central to the day to day running of the operation, supporting the sales function and keeping orders moving smoothly from point of sale through to delivery. As the Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive first class service at every stage while working closely with the warehouse and transport teams to ensure deliveries run to plan. The Role as the Sales Support Administrator: * Managing the full order process from initial enquiry through to delivery and completion * Preparing and issuing quotations in line with pricing and stock availability * Raising invoices and delivery notes and ensuring all documentation is correct * Liaising daily with carriers to arrange deliveries and resolve any transport queries * Coordinating with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and dispatch times * Handling incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries promptly * Resolving any order discrepancies, delivery issues or queries in a professional manner * Maintaining and updating customer accounts, ensuring all records are accurate * Supporting the wider sales team with reports, administration and general office duties Key skills and requirements: * At least 1-year recent experience in a sales admin, order processing, customer service / similar role * Be highly organised with strong attention to detail * Have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner * Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Be competent with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Your Benefits: * Salary Up To £28,000 (DOE) * Casual Dress * Company Pension * Free Onsite Parking * 20 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays * Birthday Off * Monday – Friday: In-office * Company Events Disclaimer Due to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
