Job Description

Independent Health Care Solutions Limited is an established healthcare insurance broker based in Halifax and they are looking for someone to join their existing administration team. The role would be to provide administration support to their busy sales advisers working partly in the office and partly at home.

Key responsibilities

  * Answering incoming phone calls and emails

  * Obtaining and processing quotations

  * Day to day administration of renewal and new business

  * Updating system records

  * General administration duties

Experience/Skills required

  * A’ Level standard education required or previous experience of working in a busy office

  * Experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel

  * Organisational and time management skills are essential

  * A professional and friendly telephone manner

  * Ability to work as a member of a team

Full in-house training would be given to the right candidate and the benefits would include a pension and company-paid healthcare cash plan.
