What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and inspiring a team of sales agents to exceed revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Delivering regular coaching, 1:1 meetings, and development sessions to support performance.
Maintaining FCA compliance and ensuring all processes meet regulatory and company standards.
Overseeing daily operations such as schedules, holiday approvals, and absence management.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and probation processes.
Managing escalations and complex customer queries, ensuring swift, effective resolutions.
Producing accurate team performance reporting for the Sales Manager.
Creating a supportive, engaging team culture focused on growth and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team in a fast-paced, target‑driven environment.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes (FCA experience desirable).
Confident decision‑making and outstanding organisational skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure while driving high standards.
A positive, proactive leadership style with a passion for people development.
