Sales & Technical Administrator | Widnes | Up to £35k DOE | Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales & Technical Administrator . This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is comfortable supporting both sales and technical teams while managing the end to end order processing cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing customer orders from quotation through to delivery
* Checking and validating technical specifications and order details
* Liaising with the sales team, technical staff, and suppliers to ensure accurate order fulfilment
* Managing order documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
* Updating and maintaining records within CRM/ERP systems
* Monitoring order progress and resolving any issues or delays
* Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and queries
* Supporting the sales team with quotations, product information, and administrative tasks
* Assisting the technical team with documentation and product information where required
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, or technical administration
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams and with customers
* Experience using CRM or ERP systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to understand or work with technical product information (training can be provided)
