Scheduler

Permanent, Full Time

Salary up to £27,000 depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  * Taking incoming client calls, responding to queries

  * Scheduling and booking maintenance and repairs

  * Maintain and update client accounts

  * Handle client agreements and documentation, ensuring all information is recorded thoroughly

  * Build and develop client relationships

What they are looking for:

  * Confident and clear communicator

  * Computer literate and quick to pick up new systems

  * Strong geographical knowledge of the North West is desirable
