Job Description

Smile Education are recruiting for a school cleaner to join our team for a secondary school in Redditch, working 3:00pm – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

Vacuuming carpeted areas
Sweeping / mopping hard floors
Emptying and cleaning bins
Spot cleaning any spillages or accidents as required
Wiping down desks, seats and skirting boards
Cleaning school toilet areas and replenishing toiletries
Cleaning doors and windows
Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
Reporting hazards to the caretaker or supervisorWhat to expect from applicants?

Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of cleaning standards
Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not essential
Ability to complete all allocated tasks within set working hours
