Job Description

Cover Supervisors and Teachers (QTS) – Eastbourne
 Location: Eastbourne Secondary Schools part of Swale Academy Trust
 Pay: £88 to £163.23 per day (aligned with teacher union guidance)
 Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
 Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors and Teachers with QTS to provide general cover at secondary schools within the Swale Acamdemy trust in Eastbourne. 

This role is ideal for candidates with proven experience in secondary schools who are confident managing classrooms and maintaining a calm, focused learning environment. Both Cover Supervisors and Teachers with QTS will supervise classes and deliver pre-set work. 

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during teacher absence

Deliver pre-set work (no planning or marking)

Manage behaviour in line with school policies

Requirements:

Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Supply Teacher, or Teacher with QTS

Secondary school experience

Bromcom trained and confident using the system

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
