Location: Blackpool & Fylde Coast, Lancashire Salary: M1 - M6 Pay Scale (£32,916 - £45,352) Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm Application Deadline: June 2026

Are you completing your Teacher Training and looking for the perfect school to begin your ECT induction? We are currently recruiting ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for a variety of broad roles across Primary, Secondary, and SEN provisions in Blackpool starting this September 2026.

Whether you specialise in Core Subjects, Humanities, or Early Years, we have partnerships with schools that offer robust mentoring and a clear pathway to permanent contracts.

Pay to Scale: Salaries starting at M1 (£32,916) as per the latest 2025/26 teacher pay scales.

No Umbrella Fees: Transparent weekly pay via PAYE.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026.

A passion for raising attainment levels in Blackpool schools.

Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive learning.

Evidence of "Good" or "Outstanding" teaching during initial training placements.
