Job Description

Prospero Teaching is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join a well-supported Science department at a secondary school in E2 Area. This exciting opportunity is open to both NQTs (Newly Qualified Teachers) and experienced educators. 
 
The role will focus on Key Stage 5 students. You will be supported by a committed team and have access to continuous professional development.

CONTRACT DETAILS 
· Location - E2 8LS 
· Position - Science Teacher 
· Type of work - Science Teacher 
· Contract or position start date: ASAP

· Full time/part time - Full time 
· Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP150 per day 
· Hours - 8:00 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings 
 
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS 
· QTS or equivalent 
· Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK 
· Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year 
 
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: 
· Hold Right to Work in the UK 
· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application 
· Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
