Secondary Unqualified Teacher - Eastleigh

Prospero Teaching is recruiting confident and motivated Secondary Unqualified Teachers to work in schools across the Eastleigh area. The Role:

Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a variety of secondary subjects
Lead classes independently and maintain positive learning environments
Support students in completing lesson tasks and achieving learning objectives
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently
Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of student needs
Monitor student engagement and provide feedback to teaching staff
Build positive relationships with students and colleagues
Support students' academic progress and classroom participationIdeal Candidate:

Experience working with young people in an educational or support setting
Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Coach, or similar role desirable
Confident managing groups of students independently
Strong communication and classroom leadership skills
Resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach
Passionate about supporting young people and education
Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
