Security Concierge (Residential Site)
Location: Bristol, BS2
Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour
Shifts: 19:30 - 07:30 (1-hour unpaid break)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, covering 7 nights
Average Weekly Hours: Approx. 42
Lone Working: Yes
SIA Licence: DS or SG Required

About the Role
My client are seeking professional Security Concierges to support a new residential site. This is a night-based, front-of-house role requiring excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage resident-related issues and site security.

Key Responsibilities

  * Front-of-house concierge and reception duties

  * Meeting and greeting residents

  * Handling resident queries and providing support

  * Carrying out patrols of the building when required

  * Responding to alarm activations in line with procedures

  * Managing telephone enquiries

  * Escalating issues appropriately and in accordance with site procedures

Requirements

  * Strong customer service skills

  * Good communication ability

  * Confident dealing with tenant issues professionally

  * IT literate

  * Able to respond effectively to alarm activations

  * Willing to work overtime when required

  * Valid SIA DS or SG Licence
