Security Controller; Wolverhampton; 6-month Contract, pay rate negotiable, 37 hours per week; Inside IR35 
 
 We are currently recruiting for a Security Controller to work with an aerospace sector client based in Wolverhampton. The main purpose of this role is to manage visitors to the site and process all security vetting for employees and contractors. 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities of the role 
 SYSIS bookings system approval/ management 
 Review visitor screening forms 
 Print ID passes 
 Manage new starters and leavers 
 Manage re-clearance/ validations. 
 Chase up vetting references 
 Follow up candidates for clearance information 
 New starter Security inductions 
 Review DBS 
 Review policies and procedure update where required and submit to Quality. 
 Clean up SISYS for GDPR 
 Security Aspects Letters 
 ISO 27001 Audits 
 Compliance Complete Self-assessment for list x 
 Report breaches to relevant body 
 Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) all departments for security 
 Manage camera permit close outs 
 Review SC clearance annual security appraisals through UK-NSV 
 CCTV Review when required. 
 Access Control 
 
 Our client is ideally looking for the following technical / professional standards 
 DISA Vetting, DISA Security, IVCO, SC Clearance. 
 
 The successful candidate should have previous experience of dealing with security screening / vetting experience along with high level of integrity and discretion and able to handle data confidentially 
 Strong analytical skills along with attention to detail are required coupled with excellent communication skills . it is expected that the post holder will be able to manage workloads and effectively and meet strict deadlines 
 Candidates must also be proficient in the following software packages: 
 Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint. Microsoft Project 
 
 In addition, candidates should be able to display the following Personal Attributes 
 Customer focused 
 Ability to work under pressure 
 Team Player 
 Good verbal, and written understanding 
 Positive attitude 
 Problem solver
