Job Description
Security Officer (Front of House)
Location: Hereford
Rate: £19.50 per hour
Shift pattern: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week): 9am - 5pm.
Do you hold a SIA Door Supervisor or CP license?
Applicants should hold a SIA Door Supervisor or CP license, have excellent customer service and communication skills. Prior security experience is essential. The role will see you working Monday to Saturday, (Apply online only).
The role will see you undertake front of house duties so you should be comfortable standing over the course of your shift.
Essential criteria:
* SIA Door Supervisor or CP License holder
* Strong customer service skills
* Well presented with excellent communication skills
* Happy undertaking front of house duties which will involve standing for a large portion of your shift.
Duties to include:
* Meeting and greeting visitors to the site in a polite and customer focused manner
* Manage access control to the site
* Conflict management
* Internal and external patrols
* Operation of security systems when required
* Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
* Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
* Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
* Respond to emergency situations
* Work as part of a customer focused team
