SEMH Supply Teacher – Norwich
Start Date: Ongoing from September 2026
Contract Type: Flexible – Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Long-Term

Paragon Education is recruiting experienced and confident SEMH Supply Teachers to work across specialist provisions and alternative settings in Norwich. This role is ideal for qualified teachers who are confident managing behaviour and delivering structured lessons in small group environments.

You will be supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining consistent expectations.

Responsibilities:
Deliver adapted lessons across KS2–KS4
Implement behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
Maintain structured classroom routines
Support pupils’ engagement and progress
Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience in SEMH or alternative provision settings
Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
Resilient, calm and professional approach
